Cause #1: Chronic Inflammation

The association between the development of cancer and inflammation has long-been accepted by the scientific community, and many cancers arise as a direct result of inflammation. Chronic inflammation causes damage to your cells, DNA, and tissues, and creates the perfect environment for cancerous cells to grow, multiply and spread.

The Solution

Inflammation can be caused by many things, the most common of which include: excess body weight, smoking, allergies, food intolerances, lack of exercise, an unhealthy diet and stress.
