[sharify] Did you know that the body converts estrogens into beneficial or harmful forms? Foods such as cruciferous vegetables, broccoli, brussel sprouts, and cabbage- are all found within our products Estroblock and Estroblock Pro. This can help hormonal balance by restoring the ratio of favorable estrogens (2OHE) than of bad (16aOHE) estrogens. The Delgado Protocol advises two capsules of concentrated Estroblock per day.

Did you know that the body converts estrogens into beneficial or harmful forms? This can help hormonal balance by restoring the ratio of favorable estrogens (2OHE) than of bad (16aOHE) estrogens. The Delgado Protocol advises two capsules of concentrated Estroblock per day.

Diindolylmethane (DIM), is a compound that is formed in your body during the digestion of foods that contain the nutrient Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C). Indole-3-carbinol is found in vegetables and is also sold in supplemental form such as Estroblock and Estroblock Pro that provides a variety of health-promoting benefits (Ashton).

DIM helps your body to break down estrogen into the beneficial forms of metabolites that have antioxidant properties to ultimately help protect the heart and brain from free-radical damage. Diindolylmethane also concurrently moderates the levels of harmful estrogen metabolites, which is beneficial because they are associated with an increased risks for acne, obesity, breast cancer and uterine cancer.

Dr. Nick Delgado’s product Estroblock, has a potent blend of DIM with I3C. People who suffer from hormonal acne, women on birth control pills, menopausal women, and men with prostate problems often have higher concentrations of the harmful type of estrones (16aOHE). In taking Estroblock, (16aOHE) can be naturally detoxified with cruciferous DIM and I3C.
