(Video) Top 2 Female Sexual Complaints and How to Easily Reverse Them

Most people have sex because it feels good and/or they are trying to procreate. But the benefits of sexual intercourse don’t stop there. Studies have found that sex helps to boost the immune system, enhance sleep, ease stress, lower blood pressure, reduce heart attack risk, and improve bladder control. Unfortunately, between 43 and 63 percent of American women report ongoing problems with their sexuality. The two most common complaints are: #1) a lack of desire and #2) vaginal dryness; both of which are experienced by women of all ages. Fortunately, these two issues are easily reversible and we’ll explore how to do so below:

The Leading Cause of a Low Libido

Although testosterone, estrogen and progesterone all play a role in female sexual function, testosterone is by far the most influential of the three when it comes to sexual desire. On average, men have testosterone levels that range between 500-900 ng/dL, whereas most women have levels that range between just 12-70 ng/dL. Although low testosterone levels are considered ‘normal’ for women, it is not an optimal situation. Low testosterone not only diminishes a woman’s sex drive, it can cause a range of additional symptoms including: fatigue, exhaustion, weight gain, painful intercourse, mood swings, trouble sleeping, depression, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, poor memory, and hair loss.

Ideally, a woman should aim for testosterone levels that aren’t excessively high, but are ever so slightly higher than the average levels. Maintaining testosterone levels slightly above the average will help to both prevent and reverse the above symptoms and impart a sense of youthfulness and vitality. It will also help to prevent bone lose and reduce the risk for osteoporosis, without the troublesome side-effects associated with osteoporosis-preventing drugs.

How to Restore Libido Naturally

You can boost testosterone naturally by eliminating sugar and exercising regularly (but not excessively) and combining high-intensity exercise with strength training. Reducing stress levels and boosting vitamin D, magnesium and zinc (if they are low) can also help to raise testosterone. Certain herbal formulas such as Testro Vida (http://www.delgadonaturals.com/testro-vida- pro/) are also beneficial. Testo Vida contains a combination of zinc and a highly effective proprietary blend of testosterone-boosting herbs.

Testosterone Therapy

If you want to take a more powerful approach to boosting your testosterone, you can use supplemental testosterone. Topical creams are the most commonly used type of testosterone supplement, however they are the least effective because enzymes in the skin change the chemical structure of the testosterone and much of it is not absorbed. There are 3 better alternatives, the first of which is to have it injected in your leg, under your skin, using a tiny diabetic syringe needle. This method requires repeat injections once or twice a week and it helps maintain testosterone levels in a healthful optimal range, so long as the therapy is continued. You can also use testosterone pellets, which are about the size of a grain of rice, and are implanted under the skin through a simple, non-invasive procedure. A little bit of numbing cream is applied to the hip and the pellet is then inserted, with minimal pain and no recovery time, and the results last for 3.5 to 4 months. This is the most convenient, long-lasting option, and if you are also deficient in estrogen, you can have an estrogen pellet inserted at the same time – killing two birds with one stone. The final method is sublingual tablets that are dissolved under the tongue. The downside of this method is that you need to take it every 12 hours; the upside is that it tends to produce extremely constant testosterone levels that don’t fluctuate. All of these therapies are relatively inexpensive and quite safe; however, you should have your hormone levels closely monitored by a physician while doing them.

Vaginal Dryness

The 2nd most common sexual problem reported by women, is a lack of vaginal lubrication, which can lead to both itching and painful intercourse. The primary cause of vaginal dryness, is a lack of estrogen. Although it is experienced by women of all ages, a lack of lubrication is especially prevalent among post-menopausal women, affecting a whopping of them! This high prevalence is due to the vast decline in estrogen levels that naturally occurs during menopause. Fortunately, vaginal dryness is extremely easy to reverse; all you need to do is apply an estriol cream intravaginally. Estriol creams stimulate the growth of vaginal tissue, so that lubrication happens more naturally. You only need to use it 2-3 times a week at most, and after using it for a while, you may be able to reduce your use to just once weekly.
